Lake Havasu City Community

Lake Havasu City was founded in 1964 by Robert Mc Culloch. The inventor o fthe chain saw. The London Bridge was open to the public in 1971. Over 1.5 million tourists visit Havasu every year. Boaters give the city a reputation for being a party town during the summer moths. Retired visitors from Canada,Colorado and many cold areas visit Havasu during the winter months for our notorious beautiful weather.

Because of our beautiful year round weather Lake Havasu is known as a resort community. This in turn makes it a desirable place to be resulting in a dynamic real estate market. Even with the slow economy homes continue to sell. 50 percent of homes currently being sold are bank foreclosures. We are now seeing home prices at a 10yr low which is causing bidding wars over prices. Now is the time to buy Lake Havasu City real estate.
